Do you support Portuguese?
Yes. We work in Portuguese and English. Our sales team is fluent in English and has a lot of sales experience, so you talk in your own language with people who understand how American customers buy.
I’m starting from scratch. Is this for me?
It is. Goat has marketing solutions for people taking their first step, with brand, website and first campaigns, and also for established businesses that want to grow more predictably.
How many leads will I get?
There’s no magic formula, and be wary of anyone who promises a fixed number. Results depend mainly on how much you invest in paid ads: the more budget in your campaigns, the more people see your business and the more contacts come in. They also depend on you: the time, dedication and energy you put into visiting, quoting and closing. Goat sets up, runs and optimizes the campaigns, and you see in the dashboard where each lead came from and what it cost.
Is there a minimum contract term?
There’s no lock-in contract. There is a 90-day minimum, which is the time needed to build the full process: logo, business card, website, campaigns and marketing. At first, the focus is on strengthening your brand so leads start coming to you. After that, whether you stay is your call. We won’t hold you in: we want you to stay because the results are showing up.
Does the ad account stay in my name?
Yes. The ad accounts are yours. Goat manages the access and runs the campaigns for you.
